Organisational information regarding presentations at the conference

Dear colleagues,
Thank you very much for your interest in actively participating in our conference, which will take place in Plzeň on 5–6 October at the University of West Bohemia in room KL-206. We are delighted by the large number of submitted papers and are confident that together we will create a space for inspiring professional exchanges and discussion.
Given the number of registered speakers, we have allocated 15 minutes for each presentation. You are, of course, welcome to prepare a presentation for your talk.

The conference will be conducted in English.
We would also like to remind you that participation in the conference is subject to a conference fee, which must be paid by 18 September at the latest. To facilitate the identification of your payment, please include the surname of the registered participant in the payment reference (see here)

Please ensure you meet the specified payment deadline. Timely payment of the conference fee is a prerequisite for the inclusion of your presentation in the conference programme and for the subsequent publication of your paper in the conference proceedings. Unfortunately, papers from participants whose fees have not been paid by the specified deadline cannot be included in either the programme or the proceedings.
